Allow the microphone

The first time you tap the microphone, your phone asks whether this site may use it. Tap Allow. If you tapped Block or Don’t allow, the app says “We can’t hear you”. Allow it in your browser’s settings, then tap Try again.

Android (Chrome)

1. Open the app in Chrome.
2. Tap the icon to the left of the address at the top.
3. Tap Permissions, then Microphone, and choose Allow.
4. Go back to the app and tap Try again.

Added the app to your home screen? It has no address bar: on Android, press and hold its icon, tap App info, then Permissions → Microphone.

iPhone (Safari)

1. Open the app in Safari.
2. Tap aA (or the page icon) next to the address.
3. Tap Website Settings, then Microphone, and choose Allow.
4. Go back to the app and tap Try again.
