Export your data

You can download everything at any time. SARS asks you to keep your records for 5 years, so it’s worth doing now and then.

1. Go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Export everything.
3. We email you a link. It works for 7 days.

The ZIP file has every quote, invoice, credit note and receipt as a PDF, and spreadsheets (CSV) of your documents, payments, clients and price list. They open in Excel or Google Sheets.
