Sending on WhatsApp

Documents go from your own WhatsApp, so clients see your number and can reply to you.

1. On the draft, tap Send.
2. Choose WhatsApp. It needs the client’s mobile number.
3. Check the message, then tap Send on WhatsApp.
4. WhatsApp opens with the message and the link filled in. Tap send there.

The link opens a page with the document and its PDF, where your client can accept the quote or pay the invoice. You see when they open it.

Send the PDF itself

Tap Share the PDF instead, then Share the PDF, and pick the chat. The PDF goes with your message. Not every phone can share files: if yours can’t, the option isn’t shown.

Reminders

Tap Remind on a sent quote or an unpaid invoice to send a reminder the same way.
