Your price list

Your price list has your rates (labour per hour, call-out fee and markup) and your items. When you mention an item in a voice note without a price, the app takes the price from here.

Add or change an item

1. Tap Price list at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Add item, or tap an item to change it.
3. Give it a name, the other names you call it (for example “element, geyser element”), a unit and a price.
4. Tick This is my cost price if you enter what you paid: your markup is then added on your documents.

Items without a price show No price yet. If you use one on a draft, the app asks you for its price.

Import from a spreadsheet

Tap Import from a spreadsheet and choose a CSV file with the columns name, unit and price.
